Control Systems
The eSys-SVC product family consists of two high-end ECUs with different configuration options. The ECU was specially developed for use in commercial vehicles in accordance with ISO 26262. The AUTOSAR-compliant software architecture allows scaling to different vehicle and platform variants. It takes into account system availability and system safety requirements and, in addition to software transferability, also supports the sustainable use of natural resources and ease of maintenance throughout the entire product life cycle.
Depending on the expansion stage, up to four CAN interfaces according to ISO 11898 and one LIN interface are available. The TÜV-certified control units are equipped with up to 74 inputs and outputs and an acceleration sensor. A high-performance 32-bit dual-core processor ensures sufficient power. The controllers are certified for safety-critical applications up to Automotive Safety Integrity Level C (ASIL-C). The robust design and wide range of applications also offer numerous possibilities for use in mobile machines such as trucks and trailers, as well as construction, agricultural and special machinery.
