8 analog outputs
Housing
The aluminium module is extremely compact and offers the possibility of top hat rail mounting. All interfaces and LEDs are quickly and conveniently available on the front panel.
Switches
By means of HEX switches both baud rate and module address can be set and read at any time.
Signal processing
In addition to the outputs, the IAO08 has a powerful microcontroller that handles the control of the actuators and the CAN protocol. Furthermore, safety mechanisms such as guarding are fully integrated in the Remote IO. If the cyclic transmission of CAN messages from the master fails, the module switches to STOP mode.
CAN interface
The integrated CAN interface enables flexible use at different points and positions in the production process. It is designed according to ISO 11898.
